The model: contracts, not middlemen

Scope gate

The mission and deliverables are committed on chain. Funding escrows against the spec — not against promises.
Assembly gate

Engineers join the task force by staking into the project contract. Skin in the game is a precondition, not a pitch.
Milestone & review gates

Work lands as open pull requests. Merged code advances the contract; unmerged work pays nothing. Review is public.
Payout gate

Escrow releases on accepted milestones. Contributors are paid by the contract — not by an invoice run.
